A student-led body uniting all clubs and class representation. The Students Quality Circle (SQC) serves as the central governing authority for student leadership and extracurricular life at MIT. By coordinating between diverse clubs and class representatives, the SQC streamlines individual efforts into a unified structure that drives campus-wide initiatives and student advocacy.

“Whispers & Tea” brought together a cozy weclome of the Nepali New Year with acoustic music, heartfelt stories, and a vibrant student marketplace at MIT, Kamaladi, creating a warm space to connect and welcome new beginnings.

Celebrating excellence, leadership, and innovation

MIT Spark made its inaugural debut with Purnima Shrestha — 2026 Guinness World Record Holder, Mountaineer, Photojournalist, and UNDP Climate Influencer. Over one hour, she shared her journey of resilience, purpose, and climbing Everest three times in 13 days. The session closed with the signature paper plane launch — 60+ students writing their personal Everests and sending them above the clouds together. 97% of respondents left Inspired or Highly Inspired.
Your college years are too short to spend on the sidelines. SQC is where ambitious students find their community, build real skills, and leave a legacy that lasts long after graduation. If you've been waiting for the right moment to step up — this is it.
